- handle customer inquiries such as filing disputes and assisting with online banking questions
- transition service conversations to present sales opportunities
- deliver CARES model to customers and service partners
- investigate and respond to customer service and sales inquiries regarding products and services
- resolve customer service inquiries and issues
- maintain customer satisfaction by adhering to PNC's core values
- document customer interactions and complete service requests
Requirements
- 1+ years of related experience
- knowledge of customer focus and satisfaction
- ability to manage risks effectively
- high school diploma or GED is typically required, but related experience or product knowledge may suffice
- Home Lending Designated Lender Certification - PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. certification is preferred
