💰 $65,000 - $172,250 per year

About the role

  • Oversee the financial management and performance of multifamily and commercial real estate investment funds
  • Responsible for fund-level accounting, financial modeling, and cash flow execution to ensure accurate reporting and timely funding installments
  • Manage fund financial models, coordinate and review tax returns, administer capital calls and distributions, and monitor fund performance against projected yields
  • Ensure that investor commitments, distributions, and return expectations are met in alignment with offering documents and investment strategy
  • Create and manage performance of complex multi-investor and proprietary fund offerings
  • Evaluate and report upon data consistent to fund performance
  • Manage all aspects of fund closings and fund modifications
  • Perform internal and external reporting on fund performance, ad hoc and specific analytic tasks as requested

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
  • Strong accounting and financial modeling foundation
  • Experience in complex fund structures and real estate investments
  • Backgrounds from CPA firms or similar environments are strong fits
  • Experience in fund accounting, investor reporting, and financial analysis within real assets or private equity
  • University/college degree or comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
