About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establish and maintain strategic program update materials to keep key executive stakeholders informed on progress and challenges.
- Partner with technology directors, business leads, and senior stakeholders to align initiatives with strategic objectives.
- Monitor resource allocation, crew staffing, and cost forecasts across multiple initiatives and delivery projects.
- Leverage enterprise reporting dashboards and KPI tracking to support readouts for executive and CIO-level audiences.
- Analyze financials, program metrics, and resource data to support accurate forecasting and decision-making.
- Understand and drive Agile Ways of Working enhancements across multiple crews/wings supporting Strategic Programs.
- Drive cross-functional communication and deliver clear, high-quality presentations to leadership.
- Ensure adherence to program governance, standards, and project delivery frameworks.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Program/Project management experience in technology, operations, or enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical abilities with comfort working with numbers, calculations, and data-driven reporting.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage scope, resources, budgets, schedules, and multi-team coordination.
- Strong understanding of Agile Ways of Working (Scrum, Kanban, & SAFe)
- Experience supporting CIO or senior technology and business leadership.
- Proficiency with program management tools, reporting dashboards, and resource planning systems.
- PMP Certification or equivalent practical experience with the project management foundation and fundamentals.
