Requirements

3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience with Production & Application Support Operations
Troubleshoot application issues across layers, including APIs, SQL queries, and Oracle databases
Maintain application health through upgrades, configuration management, and vendor‑driven updates
