Key responsibilities & impact

Provide reliable day‑to‑day support for production and non‑production applications to ensure system stability and business continuity.
Monitor system performance, respond to incidents, analyze logs, and resolve issues.
Maintain application health through upgrades, configuration management, and vendor‑driven updates.
Configure, test, and install vendor‑provided patches and updates.
Propose & design software solutions to address complex business needs.
Write code, test and deploy software.
Prepare technical and procedural documentation required for software.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience with Production & Application Support Operations
Troubleshoot application issues across layers, including APIs, SQL queries, and Oracle databases
Maintain application health through upgrades, configuration management, and vendor‑driven updates
