About the role

  • Developing and maintaining assigned long-term client relationships
  • Providing sales or consultative support to clients
  • Serving as the liaison between clients and operational servicing units
  • Participating in pricing and resource discussions
  • Identifying and developing new servicing opportunities with existing clients
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics
  • Managing processes outlined in the contract

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
  • Treasury Management experience is preferred
  • University / college degree preferred
  • Ability to negotiate servicing agreements and fees
  • Knowledgeable of customer needs and satisfaction
