About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with AMG business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and system workflows.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable system requirements while considering data, process, and technology constraints.
Support solution design by validating requirements, identifying dependencies, and ensuring alignment with downstream systems and enterprise standards.
Act as a liaison between business users, product owners, and technology delivery teams to drive shared understanding of scope, priorities, and outcomes.
Facilitate working sessions, requirement reviews, and walkthroughs to validate understanding and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Communicate effectively across both sales-focused and process-focused groups, tailoring messaging to audience needs.
Provide solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.
Participate in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
Monitor client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; Enhanced system productivity, as needed.
Provide senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results.
Analyze, define and document clients requirements, and revise existing systems logic challenges, as necessary.

What you’ll need

3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
Bachelors degree
CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification preferred.
