About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with AMG business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and system workflows.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable system requirements while considering data, process, and technology constraints.
- Support solution design by validating requirements, identifying dependencies, and ensuring alignment with downstream systems and enterprise standards.
- Act as a liaison between business users, product owners, and technology delivery teams to drive shared understanding of scope, priorities, and outcomes.
- Facilitate working sessions, requirement reviews, and walkthroughs to validate understanding and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Communicate effectively across both sales-focused and process-focused groups, tailoring messaging to audience needs.
- Provide solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.
- Participate in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
- Monitor client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; Enhanced system productivity, as needed.
- Provide senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results.
- Analyze, define and document clients requirements, and revise existing systems logic challenges, as necessary.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
- Bachelors degree
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification preferred.
