Key responsibilities & impact

Lead UX design and development efforts for internal HR platforms

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of industry-relevant experience
deep UX expertise
strong technical fluency in Workday and HR systems
proficiency in wireframing and prototype development
knowledge of Agile delivery model
experience with business analytics
bachelor's degree or comparable combination of education and experience
