About the role
- Lead UX design and development efforts for internal HR platforms
- Ensure intuitive, accessible, and scalable user experiences
- Design and enhance employee-facing applications across Workday and related platforms
- Update and automate existing HR applications
- Analyze business processes and user journeys to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and HR stakeholders
- Mentor junior staff on front-end development best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
- deep UX expertise
- strong technical fluency in Workday and HR systems
- proficiency in wireframing and prototype development
- knowledge of Agile delivery model
- experience with business analytics
- bachelor's degree or comparable combination of education and experience
