Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently implements and manages a broader set of defined market programs/initiatives
  • Leverages a strong comprehension of marketing strategies
  • Contributes to thought leadership and builds consensus across the partnership resulting in increased rigor around program/initiative execution
  • Develops and executes complex marketing programs/ initiatives and activities that may include advertising, sales content and internal communications
  • Proactively collects and synthesizes data in order to identify trends
  • Readily identifies the strategic and tactical implications
  • Ensures all operating activities are delivered within the established budget framework
  • Implements and oversees activities including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners
  • Partners with agencies, third parties and internal business partners to coordinate development and execution of programs/initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of direct Marketing experience
  • Prior experience with Wealth Management
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • A strong writer who can confidently develop and refine marketing and product collateral
  • Comfortable being hands‑on and working through details, while also thinking strategically about the bigger picture
  • Someone who can move easily between tactical execution and strategic planning as priorities shift
  • University / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
