About the role

  • Provide Tier 2/3 engineering support for ICE MSP-based lending applications
  • Partner with ICE, infrastructure, and operations teams to monitor system health, manage releases/patches
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and compliance with SLAs
  • Design, develop, and support custom integrations and extensions to ICE MSP using APIs, batch processing, and middleware
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA to deliver enhancements
  • Perform impact analysis
  • Ensure changes align with enterprise architecture and lending technology standards
  • Provide detailed technical design and development of software solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms
  • Propose & design software solutions to address complex business needs
  • Write code, test and deploy software
  • Prepare technical and procedural documentation required for software
  • Maintain and debug software

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
