About the role
- Provide Tier 2/3 engineering support for ICE MSP-based lending applications
- Partner with ICE, infrastructure, and operations teams to monitor system health, manage releases/patches
- Ensure high availability, performance, and compliance with SLAs
- Design, develop, and support custom integrations and extensions to ICE MSP using APIs, batch processing, and middleware
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA to deliver enhancements
- Perform impact analysis
- Ensure changes align with enterprise architecture and lending technology standards
- Provide detailed technical design and development of software solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms
- Propose & design software solutions to address complex business needs
- Write code, test and deploy software
- Prepare technical and procedural documentation required for software
- Maintain and debug software
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
