About the role
- Develop value proposition for segment and sub-segments, incorporating key messages for relevant products
- Work with market research to identify audience insights and mindset
- Understand personas and decision makers and develop journey maps
- Work with sales leadership to identify marketing opportunities at each stage of the sales funnel
- Develop acquisition and retention campaigns
- Develop content strategy and produce thought leadership for target segments and sub-segments
- Develop prospect experience on PNC.com and maintain content updates for line of business
- Partner with digital, social and paid media teams to execute paid search, SEO, paid social and paid media
- Lead agency management and coordination
- Establishes the budget and has the capability to apply policies and practices for planning and administering a budget
- Manages activities including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
