About the role

  • Own end to end campaign measurement across channels, translating performance drivers into guidance on targeting, messaging, channel mix, and investment.
  • Design and evaluate A/B, multivariate, and incrementality tests with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and statistically sound conclusions.
  • Synthesize complex data into prioritized, actionable recommendations with clear rationale and expected business impact.
  • Deliver executive ready insights through compelling narratives and dashboards, partnering cross functionally to drive aligned action.
  • Ensure analytics meet data governance and risk standards while continuously advancing analytical and statistical expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, credit cards, consumer banking, or a related data-driven role.
  • Proficiency in data tools (SQL, Python, or similar) with the ability to analyze and clearly present large datasets; Tableau experience is a plus.
  • A strong mix of analytical skills and marketing curiosity — you love digging into data and thinking about customer behavior.
  • Collaborative mindset and the confidence to contribute ideas in cross-functional settings.
  • Demonstrated strength in experimental design, A/B testing, incrementality testing, and statistical analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience presenting insights to senior leaders.
  • Financial services / regulated industry experience preferred.
