About the role
- Supports the development and delivery of learning and talent development programs using sound principles
- Provides consultation, creation, and delivery of learning resources, project and program management, and other deliverables
- Delivers a variety of learning and talent development programs to live audiences both in-person and virtually
- Provides stand-up classroom instruction
- Reviews learning materials in relation to organizational needs and objectives
- Fosters effective relationships among HR function, management teams, and business units
- Updates and analyzes program data to make recommendations to management
- Provides reporting and data analysis of learning and talent development metrics across businesses
Requirements
- Experience with Articulate 360 (preferred but not required)
- Willingness to explore new AI-driven solutions that enhance process and content creation
- Knowledge, skills, and abilities appropriate for a role
- University/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program.
- A comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
