💰 $45,000 - $99,475 per year

About the role

  • Supports the development and delivery of learning and talent development programs using sound principles
  • Provides consultation, creation, and delivery of learning resources, project and program management, and other deliverables
  • Delivers a variety of learning and talent development programs to live audiences both in-person and virtually
  • Provides stand-up classroom instruction
  • Reviews learning materials in relation to organizational needs and objectives
  • Fosters effective relationships among HR function, management teams, and business units
  • Updates and analyzes program data to make recommendations to management
  • Provides reporting and data analysis of learning and talent development metrics across businesses

Requirements

  • Experience with Articulate 360 (preferred but not required)
  • Willingness to explore new AI-driven solutions that enhance process and content creation
  • Knowledge, skills, and abilities appropriate for a role
  • University/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program.
  • A comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
