About the role
- lead the design and development of NLP modules, conversational AI capabilities, and GenAI-powered automation using Python and Java
- drive experimentation and refinement of language models, ensuring high‑quality intent recognition, dialog flows, and scalable AI components.
- provide hands‑on leadership and mentorship to the engineering team
- oversee integration of AI services into enterprise platforms (including OCP), ensuring performance, reliability, and alignment with long‑term product strategy.
Requirements
- Conversational AI, NLP, and Automation Engineering
- Technical Leadership & Core AI Platform Development
- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
- Bachelor's degree
- Certifications are often desired.
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
