About the role

  • Enable delivery of a best-in-class investment platform through scalable solutions, process improvements, technology enhancements, automation, and centralized service and support
  • Provide leadership and oversight across alternative investment product initiatives
  • Partner closely with Multi-Asset Research and Solutions Group, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and external managers
  • Help streamline product delivery, reduce operational risk and cost, and enhance the advisor and client experience
  • Manage product and customer experience trends by monitoring competitors or peer organizations
  • Recognize, anticipate, and resolve operational and process problems
  • Evaluate product for risk management, compliance and audit requirements

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with alternative investment structures, including master-feeder, parallel funds, blocker entities, and complex multi-vehicle arrangements
  • Alternative investment operations experience
  • Alternative funds audit experience
  • Alternative investment fund taxation, including understanding of tax treatment, federal and state fund filings
  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
  • At least 3 years of prior management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
