About the role
- Leads and reports on reviews and tests of software systems and products to verify compliance with applicable specifications and standards
- Establishes objectives for testing cycles and develops test scenarios for unit, process, function, integration and acceptance testing
- Leads the team in planning and estimating quality assurance support requirements for new products, new functions and new components
- Facilitates or leads training on quality tools and skills
- Executes corrective actions and addresses non-conformances
Requirements
- Lead Experience with 5+ years testing Experience
- Java based Selenium
- Useful: Karate JIRA
- Knowledge of change management
- Understanding of corporate governance
- Analytical skills in data analytics
- Experience in process efficiencies and improvements
- Familiarity with risk assessments
- Ability to lead audits and reviews
- Ability to monitor adherence to quality standards
- Skills in coaching others and managing teams.
