About the role
- Draws on past experience to support and facilitate Scrum Team(s)
- Ensures team adherence to Agile principles
- Provides coaching to newly formed teams on executing the Scrum Framework
- Organizes and facilitates ceremonies
- Recommends and executes on improvement opportunities to optimize velocity
- Tracks and communicates overall team progress providing visibility to stakeholders
- Removes impediments to team progress
- Partners with Product Owner(s) to prioritize backlog items
Requirements
- Scrum Master with Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Banking and Lending Domain highly preferred
- Expertise in Sprint Planning, Team Leadership
- Jira, SDLC background, enterprise project level application development
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
- University / college degree preferred
- Specific certifications may be required
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
