- Lead and manage Software Security Group
- Oversee various security programs initiatives integrated in SLDC
- Ensure adherence to secure coding and testing requirements
- Foster a culture of security awareness among developers
- Lead threat modeling practice to identify and prevent security threats
- Establish secure coding standards and testing requirements
- Develop training programs for developers on security principles
- Offer ongoing security coaching and remediation assistance to developers
- Lead Security Champions program
- Oversee API security program
- Help teams automate recurring security tasks
Requirements
- At least 8 years of industry-relevant experience
- At least 5 years of prior management experience
- Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility
