About the role

  • Lead and deliver complex infrastructure initiatives under the CTO organization, with an emphasis on:
  • ○ Core infrastructure services (networking, mainframe)
  • ○ Infrastructure hardware deployments
  • ○ Data center stand-up and expansion efforts
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle activities, including:
  • ○ Scope definition, planning, scheduling, and execution
  • ○ Risk, issue, and dependency management
  • ○ Budget, timeline, and resource coordination
  • Partner closely with engineering, architecture, operations, and vendor teams to ensure successful infrastructure delivery
  • Translate highly technical concepts into clear project plans and executive-level updates
  • Provide structure and leadership in environments where technical depth on the broader team may be limited
  • Support enterprise infrastructure buildouts required to enable critical banking capabilities
  • Ensure alignment with infrastructure standards, controls, and lifecycle best practices
  • Drive accountability and execution across cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

  • Experience across technology infrastructure, including hands-on exposure at a high level to:
  • ○ Networking
  • ○ Mainframe environments
  • ○ Infrastructure hardware and data center technologies
  • Prior experience working within an infrastructure organization in a technical capacity
  • Strong project management experience, including:
  • ○ Planning and executing complex technical projects
  • ○ Coordinating across multiple technical teams
  • ○ Delivering against timelines and milestones
  • Ability to operate effectively in highly technical environments, even where hands-on execution is not required
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • PMP and/or ITIL certification preferred but not required
