About the role
- Lead the development and enhancement of cyber and technology risk practices
- Build and validate quantification models and produce loss exceedance curves
- Conduct independent challenges of scenarios and control efficacy claims
- Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams for risk alignment
- Deliver executive reporting on top cyber risks and appetite considerations
- Mentor analysts and uplift quant capabilities
- Ensure alignment with policy, regulatory standards, and operational risk
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of enterprise cyber risk quantification
- Experience using FAIR and Monte Carlo simulation
- Data analysis skills
- Ability to mentor analysts
- Familiarity with risk management programs
- Strong strategic planning skills
