About the role
- Drives the business and financial results for a product or experience
- Utilizing traditional and emerging capabilities in technology, operations, and data analytics
- Presenting initiatives to gain management buy-in
- Managing progress to ensure initiatives are completed on time and within budget and meet strategic goals
- Lead the full AI product lifecycle, from ideation and requirement gathering to execution
- Drive the development of AI product roadmaps
- Oversee the execution of AI initiatives
- Influences product and customer experience trends by monitoring competitors or peer organizations
- Evaluates potential product development or experience projects for feasibility and value
- Participates in client-facing and external stakeholder activities throughout the product lifecycle
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
- At least 3 years of prior management experience
- University / college degree or comparable combination of education and experience
