About the role

  • Based in Pittsburgh, PA; some responsibilities may be performed remotely at manager’s discretion.\n
  • Focuses on Reputational Risk, Strategic Risk and Climate Risk within ERM; policy ownership, committee administration, quarterly risk assessments and reporting, defining risk appetite, and 1LOD/2LOD coordination.\n
  • Supports development and enrichment of ERM frameworks and strategy; analysis of risk framework components.\n
  • Executes ERM Reputational Risk Framework: quarterly risk assessments and reports; Enterprise Reputational Risk Committee participation; 2LOD Independent Review; monitoring activities for Reputational Risk attributes; identify opportunities for enhancement.\n
  • Coordinates with ERM, IRM, 1st LOD, 2LOD and stakeholders; potential to become Subject Matter Expert; presentations to ERM leadership.\n
  • Supports risk management program, regulatory expectations, and risk exposures across PNC; challenges of self-assessment results and independent analyses.

Requirements

  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.\n
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.\n
