About the role
- Drive retail household growth within an assigned portfolio by leveraging strategic engagement and relationship-building initiatives.
- Focus on contract schools to meet and exceed production expectations as outlined in organizational commitments.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with leadership teams within higher education divisions to foster collaboration and growth.
- Identify and source engagement opportunities throughout the academic year to create impactful on-site experiences for retail branch teams.
- Strategically identify and pursue prospects within targeted schools to maximize profitability and account acquisition.
- Build and strengthen internal and external ecosystems by creating partnerships that support Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB), Organizational Financial Wellness (OFW), and retail teams.
- Promote financial wellness by developing and delivering educational opportunities that empower youth to become financially savvy.
