About the role
- Design and prepare timely, transparent, and succinct financial reports
- Collaborate with business unit leaders for revenue, expense, and staffing forecasts
- Develop strategic insights from data to enhance budget and forecast accuracy
- Lead annual budget cycle and monthly forecasting
- Present key financial forecasts and performance dashboards to business leaders
- Conduct on-demand analysis and generate custom reports
- Facilitate audit, regulatory, and investor requests
- Maintain sound control processes and address control matters
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
- Proficient using Excel, Hyperion/SmartView, and Peoplesoft
- Highly analytical with a desire and ability to dig into details
- Communication skills for effectively presenting information
- Bachelor's degree or comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service)
- Certifications often desired.
