About the role

  • Define and execute the roadmap for payment products within the commercial digital banking ecosystem, aligned with client needs, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
  • Champion intuitive, secure, and scalable payment experiences for corporate users, throughout the payment lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact features.
  • Serve as product manager on agile teams, managing backlogs, defining requirements and assigning priorities.
  • Monitor industry trends in B2B payments and digital banking to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Work with 1LOD/2LOD and payment business stakeholders to ensure all features meet enterprise risk and regulatory standards.
  • Crafts and delivers compelling strategic presentations tailored for both internal stakeholders and external audiences, effectively communicating key insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with Treasury Management Service and Implementation teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital product management, ideally in payments, fintech, or corporate banking.
  • Strong understanding of payment networks (ACH, wire, RTP) and treasury workflows.
  • Experience managing payment experiences to support an international client base.
  • Experience working with agile teams and tools like Jira and Figma.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a bias for action.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
