About the role
- Define and execute the roadmap for payment products within the commercial digital banking ecosystem, aligned with client needs, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
- Champion intuitive, secure, and scalable payment experiences for corporate users, throughout the payment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact features.
- Serve as product manager on agile teams, managing backlogs, defining requirements and assigning priorities.
- Monitor industry trends in B2B payments and digital banking to inform strategic decision-making.
- Work with 1LOD/2LOD and payment business stakeholders to ensure all features meet enterprise risk and regulatory standards.
- Crafts and delivers compelling strategic presentations tailored for both internal stakeholders and external audiences, effectively communicating key insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with Treasury Management Service and Implementation teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital product management, ideally in payments, fintech, or corporate banking.
- Strong understanding of payment networks (ACH, wire, RTP) and treasury workflows.
- Experience managing payment experiences to support an international client base.
- Experience working with agile teams and tools like Jira and Figma.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a bias for action.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
