About the role
- manages new and existing clients using strong virtual communication skills
- responsible for new client acquisition
- grows share of wallet with existing clients
- identifies customer needs and presents PNC's products and services
- coordinates implementation and documentation of non-credit products and services
- actively calls on internally generated lists of targeted prospective clients
- collaborates with Virtual RM team to share best practices
- manages financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of credit and non-credit products
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
