About the role
- Leads overall direction and goals of the group
- Manages a team of asset professionals, including managers and workout activities for multiple portfolios or territories
- Reviews and approves strategies submitted by the team
- Provides guidance and may offer alternative strategies
- Oversees workout options with customers to reduce risks and losses
- Drafts, enhances and complies with policies, procedures and regulations
- Builds relationships across PNC and the broader industry, including regulators
- Develops and communicates mission, goals, values and strategic direction in order to facilitate the market's understanding of how credit/workout objectives support the overall companywide objectives
- Represents the business unit in business segment and senior leadership meetings
- Provides coaching and leadership to develop team members
- Develops and meets key performance objectives
- Manages budget
