About the role
- Lead the development, optimization, and monitoring of credit decision strategies for consumer finance products, with a focus on credit cards
- Manage and manipulate large, complex datasets containing credit decisioning and performance attributes
- Demonstrate acumen for problem solving in the face of complex and unstructured information
- Communicate complex data and analysis in a clear, concise manner to various stakeholders
- Lead and mentor a team executing multiple analytical projects simultaneously
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
- at least 3 years of prior management experience
- ability to work with large data
- advanced proficiency and coding experience utilizing Python or PySpark
- consumer lending/credit strategy experience (preferably in credit card)
- appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role
