About the role

  • Actively and regularly coach and educate internal eco partners to drive investment visibility
  • Identify investment opportunities and lead team on actions to achieve investment results
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external partners to build strong relationships that drive referral activity
  • Make referrals to internal business partners as appropriate
  • Promote PNC's products and services to clients demonstrating how PNC can help them achieve financial goals
  • Identify opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers
  • Develop and implement investment and insurance strategies and provide sound guidance for clients
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve client problems appropriately and efficiently
  • Own and manage the end-to-end client experience, handling service transactions and executing sales opportunities
  • Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience
  • Meet service level agreements on lead and referral follow up as it relates to service and sales opportunities
  • Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, policies and guidelines while maintaining accurate, complete and timely documentation for transactional activity completed on client accounts.

  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
  • Education Associates Certifications No Required Certification(s) Licenses FINRA Series 7, 66 (or 63 & 65) required.
