About the role
- review documentation and conduct due diligence of commercial equipment finance draws, consisting of but not limited to term notes, security agreements, power of attorney, loan fee and disbursement authorization
- gather necessary info and/or make corrections and submit to QC for final review, prior to release to Equipment Finance Sales
- build relationships with legal counsel, vendors and internal partners
- gather, review and analyze all information from internal and external parties specific to transactions, some of which are complex
- resolve inquiries/issues as necessary
- comply with necessary regulations, internal procedures, and may assist in response to audit exceptions
Requirements
- current or prior knowledge and experience within CLLO
- working experience with Excel
- knowledge of different applications within CLLO, such as but not limited to CSX, Leasewave, CLASS, ACBS, and WI
- appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role
- university / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
