About the role

  • provides business valuation for leveraged lending borrowers
  • works independently with little or no oversight
  • uses multiple data points and valuation methodologies to derive well-supported enterprise valuations
  • conducts research for multiple industries (including economic and market trends)
  • compares subject companies to peers
  • synthesizes all available data and reconciles conclusions
  • analyzes information and applies critical thinking to evaluate cash flow projections
  • provides written analysis of assumptions and conclusions supporting valuation

Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years professional experience with a background in corporate financial analysis
  • experience with Corporate/C&IB underwriting and/or Credit Products Group
  • significant accounting experience and/or CPA may be considered
  • preparing and writing credit proposals and supporting documentation
  • presenting proposals and communicating findings
  • proficiency in cash flow, due diligence, economic policy, financial analysis, and real estate law
