About the role
- Oversee a staff of software engineers responsible for delivering low-code/no-code cloud solutions
- Guide architectural decisions and ensure code quality through reviews
- Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate them as needed
- Align engineering efforts with business objectives and customer needs
- Identify and implement process enhancements to improve team efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development
- Minimum of 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and software development life cycles
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
