About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct quality review and analysis of work performed by staff supporting a specific line of business or functional area
Identify systemic issues and facilitate correction
Review complex transactions and related documents
Verify work processes for completeness, accuracy, service-level compliance, and adherence to policies and procedures
Ensure appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions and work processes
Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions
Work with staff to develop and improve incoming quality
Provide recommendations for issues and continuous improvement projects
Review and validate due diligence and drafted loan documents against credit approvals
Perform final review before closing commercial loans to mitigate booking, funding, and servicing risks
Work Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM EST–7:00 PM EST

Requirements

What you’ll need

University/college degree typically required, or comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Bachelor’s degree stated under Education
Less than 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program
Knowledge of quality review and analysis procedures
Ability to review complex transactions and related documents for completeness, accuracy, and policy conformance
Ability to identify systemic issues and facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions
