About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct quality review and analysis of work performed by staff supporting a specific line of business or functional area
  • Identify systemic issues and facilitate correction
  • Review complex transactions and related documents
  • Verify work processes for completeness, accuracy, service-level compliance, and adherence to policies and procedures
  • Ensure appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions and work processes
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Work with staff to develop and improve incoming quality
  • Provide recommendations for issues and continuous improvement projects
  • Review and validate due diligence and drafted loan documents against credit approvals
  • Perform final review before closing commercial loans to mitigate booking, funding, and servicing risks
  • Work Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM EST–7:00 PM EST

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University/college degree typically required, or comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Bachelor’s degree stated under Education
  • Less than 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program
  • Knowledge of quality review and analysis procedures
  • Ability to review complex transactions and related documents for completeness, accuracy, and policy conformance
  • Ability to identify systemic issues and facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions
