About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the strategy, roadmap, adoption, and ongoing management of Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform products
- Work with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to deliver employee productivity and business outcome improvements
- Develop product roadmaps, presentations, executive materials, communications, and job aids
- Drive user adoption and support training and enablement efforts
- Gather user feedback and partner with Engineering on product enhancements and issue resolution
- Lead or support selection, design, development, promotion, production, rollout, pricing, and enhancement of less complex products or initiatives
- Develop business cases, business plans, and product rollouts
- Analyze product, technology, market trends, and third-party requirements
- Participate in customer-focused quality assessments and improvement processes
- Work with internal and external partners including sales, marketing, and digital channel delivery
- Support risk management, compliance, and audit needs as part of the first line of defense
- Monitor and analyze business results, coordinate reporting, and recommend product or marketing modifications
- Serve as a liaison between business users, product teams, and engineering partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- University / college degree, typically a bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
- Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience developing presentations, communications, training materials, and job aids
- Product management knowledge, including roadmap development and strategy
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience driving product adoption and change management initiatives
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Understanding of AI, automation, and low-code/no-code platforms
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- No required certifications or licenses
- PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position
