About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven history of production in the market
  • Appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role
  • Knowledge of banking products, client prospecting, customer relationships, customer solutions, documentation, innovation, mortgages, and sales
  • Competence in customer experience management, effective communications, financial analysis, loan origination, matrix management, mortgage products, sales tasks and activities, scheduling work and activities, and selling
  • A university/college degree with less than 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program is typically required at this level; a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Candidates must pass additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations
