About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Use big data to develop customer segmentation analysis
- Research and develop engagement measurement frameworks, attribution analysis, and customer-level profitability analysis
- Work across functions and products to drive consensus on customer segmentation and engagement definitions
- Derive analytical insights and support product teams in understanding business strategy and customer behaviors
- Work with stakeholders to further the customer segmentation framework
- Perform data analysis around credit card, debit card, and deposit products
- Develop key engagement metrics and attribution analysis of changes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop performance monitoring dashboards
- Lead or support initiatives involving the selection, design, development, and promotion of new or existing products
- Participate in customer-focused quality assessments and improvement processes
- Develop business cases, business plans, and roll-outs for less complex products or initiatives
- Analyze product, technology, market trends, and third-party requirements to design innovative product features and enhancements
- Manage development, production, roll-out, pricing, or promotion of less complex products or initiatives
- Resolve operational and process problems
- Work with sales, marketing, digital channel delivery, and internal and external partners throughout the product lifecycle
- Support risk management, compliance, and audit needs as part of the first line of defense
- Monitor and analyze business results, coordinate reporting, and recommend product or marketing modifications to improve results
Requirements
What you’ll need- University / college degree, typically a bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
- Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Knowledge of business objectives, customer solutions, marketing, product development, product management, and sales
- Business acumen, collaborating, decision making and critical thinking, design thinking, effective communications, emerging technologies, innovation, knowledge of product line, problem solving, producing results, and solutions development
- Data mining and analysis using Python, Spark, and SQL
- Microsoft Office

- No required or preferred language assessments
- Must not require employment visa sponsorship; PNC will not participate in STEM OPT for this position
