About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute strategies to drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach, and retention
- Generate revenue and deepen share of wallet with new and existing clients
- Generate and manage leads and client appointments
- Use needs-based and consultative conversations to position bank products and services
- Develop and maintain internal partnerships to drive revenue, acquisition, and growth
- Manage risk and maximize profitability across the client portfolio
- Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing
- Maintain accurate and complete sales/client relationship management administration
- Execute team processes including pre-call planning, post-call debriefs, and relationship reviews
- Serve as quarterback for ecosystem partners and bring in experts based on client needs
- Deliver Financial Wellness through tailored solutions
- Use client insights and sales tools to identify and convert sales opportunities
- Lead and collaborate with ecosystem partners inside and outside the branch
- Own client relationships, client penetration goals, and team deliverables
- Deliver the Mass Affluent Advice and Planning value proposition through a Banking and Investing partnership with a PNC Financial Advisor
- Provide proactive, responsive service aligned with client goals
- Build relationships and conversations that differentiate the client experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- University/college degree typically required, or comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience
- Bachelor's degree stated in the education requirements
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 66, or Series 63 and 65, required
- Life and Health Insurance license required
- Appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role
