About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and day-to-day liaison between Creative Services and MarCom partners
  • Guide partners through the creative process end to end
  • Build trusted relationships positioning Creative Services as a strategic partner
  • Communicate status, risks, and changes to partners and internal stakeholders
  • Provide flexible account and administrative support across the account management team
  • Own CIM administrative needs and project management from intake to final delivery
  • Review input briefs, secure inputs and approvals, and ensure briefs are complete and actionable
  • Kick off creative work with clear direction, scope, and priorities
  • Provide administrative support and coordination for CIM scripts
  • Manage multiple CIM projects simultaneously
  • Coordinate cross-team testing of CIM creative for performance, functionality, brand, and technical compliance
  • Maintain current specifications and documentation
  • Track CIM work, project volumes, and milestones throughout the year
  • Maintain records and reporting for planning, capacity, and resourcing decisions
  • Identify and escalate creative concerns, risks, and roadblocks with recommended solutions
  • Lead long-term brand vision, integrated brand marketing campaigns, and paid media programs
  • Analyze campaign and media metrics to optimize performance and inform planning
  • Create strategies across campaigns, sponsorships, and cultural moments
  • Partner with brand, media, creative, LOB, analytics, and agency teams
  • Support budget oversight and manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Provide peer mentorship and cross-team guidance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, project management, or creative operations within an agency, in-house agency, or enterprise marketing environment
  • Ability to own complex workstreams independently and manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of the creative development process from briefing through production and delivery
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
  • Experience developing input briefs and translating partner needs into clear, actionable creative direction
  • Detail-oriented with strong tracking, reporting, and documentation habits
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional testing and maintaining evolving specifications
  • Ability to identify risks early and escalate concerns constructively with recommended solutions
  • University/college degree typically required for roles at this level; Bachelor's education listed
  • Comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • No required certifications or licenses
  • PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position
