About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recommend loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and client requirements
- Manage a portfolio of customer relationships
- Seek prospective opportunities to retain and develop new clients
- Conduct sales calls
- Develop and prepare loan solutions
- Refer products and services
- Review documentation for compliance
- Manage the customer pipeline for efficiency
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions
- Collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers
- Apply customer-focused practices and manage risks in alignment with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework
Requirements
What you’ll need- University / college degree with less than 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program typically required for roles at this level
- In lieu of a degree, comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
- Knowledge of banking products, mortgages, and mortgage products
- Client prospecting and sales skills
- Customer relationship and customer solution skills
- Documentation and loan origination knowledge
- Financial analysis skills
- Ability to manage customer experience, sales tasks and activities, and work scheduling
- No required certifications
- No required licenses
- No required or preferred language assessments
- Must not require employment visa sponsorship; PNC will not provide sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT
