About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct quality review and analysis of work performed by staff supporting a specific line of business or functional area
- Identify systemic issues and facilitate correction
- Review complex transactions and related documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with service levels and policies and procedures
- Ensure appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions and work processes
- Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Work with staff to develop and improve incoming quality
- Provide recommendations for issues and continuous improvement projects
- Review and validate due diligence and drafted loan documents against credit approvals
- Determine whether commercial loan documentation reflects the precise approved terms
- Perform final review before commercial loan closing to mitigate booking, funding, and servicing risk
- Receive document review requests from CAT, CCPG, RCPG, and Wealth Management (AMG)
- Collaborate with teams in a high-energy Commercial Lending Operations environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- University/college degree typically required, with less than 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program
- In lieu of a degree, comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered
- Bachelor's degree listed under Education
- Knowledge of change management, corporate governance, data analytics, process efficiencies, process improvements, and risk assessments
