About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage new and existing clients across multiple markets using virtual communication
- Acquire new clients and grow share of wallet with existing public finance clients
- Present PNC's products and services based on customer needs and financial well-being
- Develop and manage clients remotely across multiple markets
- Coordinate implementation and documentation of non-credit products and services
- Call on internally generated lists of targeted prospective clients
- Prioritize outreach using industry and market knowledge
- Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document non-credit products and services
- Use reporting and sales tools to identify and convert sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the Virtual Treasury Management team to share best practices and opportunities
- Engage clients and prospects with corporate sales development partners
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers and Market Leaders on larger or more complex relationships
- Use technology and multiple communication channels to enhance client engagement and loyalty
- Manage risk and return in accordance with PNC's risk profile
- Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, and operational risks
Requirements
What you’ll need- University/college degree typically required
- 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree
- No required certifications
- No required licenses
- No required or preferred language assessments
- Must not require employment visa sponsorship
- Knowledge of client outreach, content development, credit products, customer engagement, customer loyalty, customer solutions, identifying sales opportunities, and small businesses
- Competencies in business acumen, client relationship management, customer experience management, decision making and critical thinking, effective communications, managing multiple priorities, prospecting, sales negotiating, selling, and technology
- Subject to applicable FDIA, SAFE Act, and/or FINRA hiring requirements regarding certain criminal history
