About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform diverse, tactical, and confidential administrative support functions for Business Unit Group Managers II
  • Use office equipment and software to provide administrative support
  • Respond to routine correspondence
  • Prepare letters and memoranda for manager review

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's or equivalent degree
  • Typically 4+ years of related business or functional experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
  • Knowledge of calendar management, office administration, organizing, presentation development, prioritization, and researching
