About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Research, discover, collect, and interpret business requirements
  • Develop and review complex processes, procedures, workflow analytics, and reporting
  • Consult with clients, technology teams, senior stakeholders, business experts, and business stakeholders on business designs and requirements
  • Recommend frameworks, methodologies, and processes for business requirements traceability
  • Mentor, lead, and coach associates to support knowledge transfer
  • Oversee policy and procedure documentation
  • Lead business analysis project management processes through planning, quality assurance, and effectiveness assessment
  • Direct successful project deployments
  • Drive development, analysis, and distribution of complex reporting
  • Support CTR audits and Archer control testing
  • Manage OIM disconnected remediation, access reports, access governance, and system access provisioning
  • Develop and maintain operational announcements, procedures, release communications, QRGs, job aids, knowledge-base articles, and teller scripts
  • Create simulation storyboards and screenshots and coordinate training updates
  • Execute release, validation, User Acceptance Testing, defect tracking, and bug resolution activities
  • Participate in project meetings, working sessions, operational meetings, and team discussions
  • Provide Bridgeline, operational, system, transaction-processing, branch setup, and training support
  • Manage Wiki, EDGE procedure, SharePoint, training, presentation, and communication content
  • Produce identification totals and teller issue-log reporting
  • Convert text-based files into Excel reports and analyze operational data

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University/college degree typically required, with a Bachelors education listed
  • 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience
  • Comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Knowledge of business needs and business processes
  • Data analytics and management reporting skills
  • Business process modeling and requirements analysis
  • Project management and process management
  • Analytical thinking, consulting, problem solving, and effectiveness measurement
  • Software product business knowledge
