Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and direct a team to achieve business results and customer experience goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University/college degree typically required
  • Bachelor's degree listed under Education
  • Industry experience typically 8+ years
  • At least 5 years of prior management experience typically required
  • Comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Knowledge of account management, client prospecting, competitive advantages, customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, negotiation, and results orientation
  • Competencies in conflict management, decision-making and critical thinking, effective communications, managing multiple priorities, sales management, and selling
  • Advanced knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies
  • No required certifications or licenses
  • PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position
