About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recommend loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements
- Manage a portfolio of customer relationships
- Seek prospective opportunities to retain and develop new clients
- Conduct sales calls
- Develop and prepare loan solutions and refer products and services
- Review documentation for compliance
- Manage the customer pipeline for efficiency
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions
- Collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers
- Apply customer-focused practices and create customized customer solutions
- Assess and manage risks in accordance with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework
Requirements
What you’ll need- University/college degree typically required, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Less than 1 year of professional experience typically required, and/or successful completion of a formal development program
