About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support a critical operational support service, process, capability, or initiative within an operational unit
Ensure performance and risk indicators are met
Establish and monitor process performance measurements and business impact
Prepare performance statistics and reports for internal stakeholders and senior management
Monitor production workflow
Assist team members with escalated process issues
Identify and resolve exceptions independently
Serve as a point of escalation
Monitor production and process effectiveness and efficiency
Determine and drive production and process change and improvement efforts
Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Resolve compliance issues independently
Drive risk mitigation activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

University/college degree typically required, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
2+ years of relevant professional experience
Knowledge of accountability, customer solutions, compliance, personal initiative, process improvements, results orientation, risk mitigation strategies, and standard operating procedures
