About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate relationship management activities with new and existing clients in a book of business
- Grow sales, revenue, and market share against relevant sales goals
- Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet
- Originate, financially analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services
- Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and existing clients
- Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks
- Provide ideas and insights based on client needs and financial well-being
- Increase client engagement and loyalty
- Build and manage internal and external relationships, including community and industry relationships
- Acquire new clients and expand existing clients
- Present PNC's full range of products and services to clients
- Use reporting and sales tools to identify and convert sales opportunities
- Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk for more complex credit requests using advanced credit fundamentals and internal credit policies
- Deliver customer-focused solutions and manage business risks within PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework
Requirements
What you’ll need- University/college degree typically required for roles at this level
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
