About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, consult on, and implement tax, estate, and financial plans for clients
- Collaborate with senior planning resources on complex matters and specific subject areas
- Partner in acquiring new clients
- Retain, expand, and deepen existing client relationships
- Conduct and review research
- Develop tax, estate, and financial analyses and plans
- Make generally accepted recommendations to the team and may make recommendations to clients
- Provide direction to associates when needed
- Retain and grow assets under management by advising clients, prospective clients, and Centers of Influence and supporting implementation
- Identify PNC solutions and services as sales opportunities
- Develop new client relationships through networking, prospecting, and referrals
- Support customer-focused decision-making and manage risks under PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework
Requirements
What you’ll need- University / college degree typically required, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
- Appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role
- Knowledge of capital management, client prospecting, client relationship building, competitive advantages, decision making, financial operations, investment banking, and revenue recognition
- Competence in business acumen, client relationship management, decision making and critical thinking, effective communications, investments, networking, problem solving, products and services, and value selling
- No required certifications
- No required licenses
- No required or preferred language assessments
- Must not require employment visa sponsorship; PNC will not participate in STEM OPT
- Subject to FDIA Section 19 and, for registered roles, SAFE Act and/or FINRA requirements regarding certain criminal history
