About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The successful candidate will act as the bridge between the business, technical, and operations teams
  • Analyze business requirements and gather technical requirements for executing client project requests
  • Manage project requests related to system implementations and digital marketing
  • Mediate between clients, internal teams, and support areas, ensuring all parties work and produce toward the objectives established by management
  • Support the development of digital marketing solutions and identify problems and their root causes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in Project Management and Business Analysis within digital marketing using agile methodologies, e.g., Scrum or Kanban
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with project management tools
  • Advanced knowledge of Spanish is mandatory (particularly spoken and written skills)
  • English proficiency is desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactivity, organization, and autonomy
  • Strong analytical/logical skills for eliciting and analyzing technical requirements associated with business needs
  • Flexibility to work with clients from diverse industries
  • Ability to map all deliverables in response to client requests, with support from the strategic team
  • Holistic perspective
  • Commitment and dedication, with a focus on quality and timely delivery
  • Motivation and ease with continuous learning
  • Experience with CRM and/or Digital Marketing
  • Knowledge of programming logic and SQL Server databases
