About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Daily contact with clients, participating in team and client meetings alongside the Customer Success Analyst;
- Support in updating metrics such as Platform Adoption level, Lifecycle, and Customer Perception;
- Support in preparing and presenting weekly and/or monthly reports;
- Assist in developing consumption management status reports;
- Involvement in special projects assigned by management;
- Daily update of the time-tracking report on the intranet;
- Opening and closing tickets;
- Support for operational teams;
- Assist the Customer Success Analyst with daily monitoring of metrics for the clients in their portfolio.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields;
- Availability to intern for at least 1 year;
- Interest and affinity with the online market and technology are essential, as well as curiosity to learn new software and methodologies;
- We value behavioral skills; flexible, self-driven, dynamic individuals with strong interpersonal skills stand out.
