Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Programming logic

  • Knowledge in building Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
  • Experience conducting performance evaluations for team members under your management
  • Experience providing feedback to team members
  • Knowledge of methodologies for defining KPIs to monitor area performance
  • Methodologies for defining, executing, and establishing control points for processes
